Great nutrition lifestyle philosophy from Bitchin’ Nutrition
I’m makin this with Jay’s Pizza Crust off all recipes with half whole wheat flour substituted. And maybe shortcutting with sundried tomato basil pesto.
veggie cheese stromboli.
Try this, you won’t regret it!
I baked the chicken and put it over the couscous and the greek salad as noted in the first review, since I also had olives, balsamic, oil. I used artichoke hearts in place of capers. The sauce is decadent. You won’t be disappointed!

YIKES!
Is sitting making us fat?
I’m making a galant effort to stand as much as possible everyday especially those days stuck in long meetings or at the computer.
After four hours of sitting, the genes and enzymes regulating the amount of glucose and fat in the body start to shut down. Instead, fat in the blood stream appears to be captured and stored by fat cells all throughout the body but especially around organs such as the kidneys — in terms of disease risk, this is a very dangerous place for fat to settle.

Line the bottom of a cassarole dish with 5 diced med red potatoes and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
Top potatoes with 8-10 oz fresh salmon filets. Top with lemon zest and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Distribute 1 small diced squash, a handful of sliced mushrooms, broccoli, and finish with fresh rosemarry sprigs. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake in pre heated oven at 450 for 40 min.
Enjoy with a cold glass of fresh milk. Serves about 2.
